A.I.R. NATURAL, ORGANIC LAWN CARE

ELIMINATING PESTICIDES ON YOUR PROPERTY

natural, organic landscaping and lawn care

Protecting your property, pets, and people from pesticides

and creating beautiful lawns through

natural, organic lawn care.

Before considering one of our natural, organic lawn care programs you must be comfortable with the following:

1) Having clover in your turf.

2) Understanding that our natural, organic lawn care is not an overnight process. It can take some time depending on the state of your soil and turf.

If you are comfortable with both of these protocols, then one of our programs is right for you.

So What Makes Us Different?

Approach

A conventional/synthetic lawn care program focuses on feeding the plant (the grass). A natural, organic lawn care program focuses on taking care of the soil, which in turn takes care of the grass.

Products

We use natural, organic products in our programs. No organic-based or hybrid which often are often combined with synthetic products.

Techniques

Natural, organic lawn care requires different techniques than conventional lawn care.

Biology

Soil contains billions of organisms that play an important process in soil fertility.

Chemistry

Through soil testing we are able to determine the pH and nutrient levels as well as the cation exchange capacity. elements are essential for plant health and which may be toxic to plants

Structure & Texture

Soil structure and texture affects water movement and nutrient uptake through the plant roots. By doing a simple ribbon test we can determine the soil structure (clay, silt, or clay). With a actual soil texture analysis we can know the exact breakdown between clay, silt or sand. Organic matter is another important part of soil structure that is determined through a soil test.

Products

We use natural, organic products in our programs. No organic-based or hybrid which often are often combined with synthetic products.

Natural, Organic Products

All of the products we use are natural, organic products. NOT bridge, hybrid, organic-based or transitional products. These products contain chemical sources of nitrogen and phosphorous combined with reconstituted sewer sludge (biosolids).

Safe

All of the lawn care products we use are safe for children, pets, and people. Any of the latter can go on a lawn treated with our products immediately after an application. Our employees don't have to wear the moon suits that are required by a lot of synthetic lawn chemicals too.

Results

Along with being safe, natural, and organic, the products we use deliver great results. Your soil will be much healthier and as a result your lawn will be a shade of green that only comes from a natural, organic program.

Control of Pests

In natural, organic lawn care pests, whether they are fungus, insects, or weeds, are viewed as messengers telling us something is wrong with soil. By closely observing what pests are present in the environment, we can determine the best corrective action.

Cultural Practices

A lot of cultural practices such as irrigation, and mowing are different. We water deeply and infrequently. With lawn mowing we cut the grass high to encourage deep root growth and choke out weeds.

Timing

With natural, organic lawn care there is no calendar schedule for applications. Instead, we do applications in conjunction with nature's schedule.

I enjoy having the ability to eat food that was grown right outside my home.
